We are looking for experienced Backend Developers to join our growing engineering team on a full-time, 6-month development contract.
We are looking for developers with strong experience building enterprise-grade ERP systems, designing scalable backend services, and working with microservices architecture.
Minimum Requirements

At least 3 years of professional experience in backend development.

At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing ERP or enterprise business management systems.

Strong practical experience with Microservices Architecture and distributed systems.

Strong knowledge of Python and Django.

Working knowledge of Java and Java-based backend development.

Good understanding of RESTful APIs, API integration, authentication, and backend security.

Strong knowledge of database design, SQL, data modelling, and performance optimisation.

Good understanding of SDLC and software development best practices.

Experience with Git/GitHub and collaborative development workflows.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable, and production-ready code.
ERP Development Experience
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience developing ERP systems or complex enterprise applications.

Important
This is a full-time development role. Candidates must be available to work full-time throughout the 6-month contract period.
We are not looking for part-time developers or occasional freelancers for this role.
The successful candidate will work closely with our engineering team to develop and deliver scalable, production-ready ERP and enterprise software solutions.
